Vietnam's proposed revise constitution to protect rights

                                                                                                                                            <div class="node-body"><p>(New York) – <a href="http://www.hrw.org/asia/vietnam">Vietnam</a>’s
 National Assembly should ensure that the country’s revised constitution
 fully meets international human rights standards, Human Rights Watch 
said in <a href="http://www.hrw.org/node/119970">a letter</a> to the 
chairman of the National Assembly. Vietnam’s parliament is considering 
and expected to vote on constitutional amendments during a session from
