Polish president sticks to promise of plebiscite on constitution

Polish President Andrzej Duda has said that he would seek to ensure a referendum is held on any changes to the constitution. "As the president of the Republic of Poland I will certainly strive to hold a referendum on changes to the constitution," he said in a radio interview.
