Regional states boycott Somalia constitution review meeting

Somali regional states on Saturday boycotted a national constitution review meeting which is set to be opened in the Mogadishu, officials said. The sixth regional states including Puntland ,Hirshabelle ,Gal-Mudug ,Jubbaland and South west administration jointly refused to attend the meeting.
