Ukraine's bill on constitutional court passes first reading in Rada

The bill on Constitutional Court has passed first reading in Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada. The initiative was supported by 231 people's deputies at the plenary session on Thursday, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
