Civil Society Outreach for Constituent Assembly Submission

This document details suggestions to the Constituent Assembly Committee for Determining the Structure of the Legislative Body.  It includes suggestions collected for the Constituent Assembly through democratic dialogue with the Tharu Community in the Rupandehi District. Issues are included such as legislature, language, Constitutional bodies, identity, political stability, courts, citizenship, natural resources, states and provinces, and the President and Prime Minister.
