<p>&nbsp;</p><p>As the Pakistani legislators gear up to alter the country’s 1973 Constitution for the 21st time in 41 years in order to pave way for military courts against terrorists, a heated debate is currently underway in nearly all sections of the society about the need for this amendment in a country that has been ruled by military dictators for a good part of its 67-year old history.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>A research conducted by the Jang Group and Geo Television Network about amendments and key features of global constitutions reveals that many nations have had multiple charters since inception.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
